ABOUT COACHING

A Short history of coaching

Coaching dates back to ancient Greece, where the tutor worked as a trusted advisor to others.
The word “coach” originates as a term for transportation in England since the 16th century.

In 1830, at Oxford University, a “coach” was associated with a teacher who “carried” a student to pass an exam. It was the same principle as transportation of a person from point A to B. Since 1860, coaching has been associated with sports and excellence in athletic performance. In the middle of the 20th century, “coaching” transformed business. It continues to inspire employees to reach their highest level of performance.

Thomas Leonard was considered the first “coach” in the 1990s.

In the last decade of the twentieth century “coaching” began to flourish around the world.

Today, “coaching” supports people from all walks of life in addressing their struggles, doubts, fears, and self-limiting beliefs.

truly want

to be in your life?

Our coaching services help you to transform from where you are now to where you want to be.

OUR Coaching process

A JOURNEY TO WHO YOU WANT TO BE

When you are ready to fully focus on improving conditions of your life, I will be more than happy to assist you.

Step 1

Evaluate your life

No matter how happy we are, we all have areas of our life that we are still working on or developing.

I use the Wellness Wheel, to help you evaluate your life. This holistic visualization technique will allow you to create a bigger picture of your life. You will then “see” the individual imbalances that are preventing you from living your best life. Because all dimensions of wellness are interconnected, an imbalance in one area can prevent you from living life to the fullest and maintaining a state of well being.

Step 2

Achieve your balance

Since the outer world is just a mirror of our inner world, together we will create a map of your thoughts that have been limiting your success. This process will result in a roadmap of how to improve your well-being.

These action steps will help you to achieve a new sense of balance, that will help you to live your best life.

Step 3

Refine your destiny

We will create an action plan that will result in you living the extraordinary life that you desire and deserve. True wellness is a continually evolving process of body and mind and requires constant effort. As you achieve a new balance across your life – you will wake up each morning feeling joyful.

I am here to take you from where you are to where you want to be.

If you want to get somewhere,

it is essential to take a journey.

I can be an example for you, I was born in the Czech Republic, and I live in Canada. I fulfilled all the individual challenges of life on my own, covered by a good relationship with my family and friends. I found out who I am and what I am capable of as a person throughout my life.
I discovered myself as a coach of encouragement.

Based on what works for real-life clients, I’ve developed this coaching process to make more effective changes. However, I have to say that we’re all original beings, and working with each client is unique. That’s why I don’t work too much according to predefined templates, and I pay close attention and maximum of my effort to each client.

The coaching process should be a clear path that will take you from where you are to where you want to be as a means of transport from point A to point B.
