After many years of research and travelling the world, I established my company, Cypress Independent, on January 11th, 2020. During my travels, I met so many high-performing people that I was inspired to establish a coaching company based in Toronto, Canada to help people realize their full potential.
At Cypress Independent, our vision is a world of high-performing individuals who are operating at their highest level and enjoying their best life.
Our mission is to help clients to move forward to another level of their existence. We have developed a unique practise Agile and Mindset Coaching and we work with individuals to create better life they deserve.
Our main source of income is from scrum software development that‘s why we work more with quality than quantity of people. As the Professional Scrum Master and Mindset Coach, I established this company to help individuals out of a Scrum Team to release their full potential and become more successful.
We have helped a broad variety of clients through major life transitions and look forward to helping you.

CYPRESS TREE
The cypress tree is a solar symbol. It represents optimism and evergreen the character of purity.
ROOTS
Roots are a symbol of stability. Reaching the root of the life impediment is vital to getting rid of what is superfluous in life.
WILD EYES
The wild eyes represent an independent being—a gateway into the soul of intelligence, light, moral conscience, and truth.
THE CYPRESS TREE
The cypress tree is viewed as one of the strongest symbols of the beauty of nature. The form in which this tree grows, the narrow and tall upward trajectory is also seen in some circles representing a single focused mind with one objective to attain…the ultimate peak.
In the same way as human beings grow into adulthood. Cypress tree represents growth through hard work and endurance. They are long-living trees that can endure harsh climates and poor soil. Because of the evergreen leaves, this tree is also known as a symbol of longevity.
